Everyone enters Low County as a Resident.
Residents have access to the core civilian experience and can freely explore the county during public play sessions.
Resident access includes:
A limited selection of vehicles
Standard weapons
Ability to work for or join gangs, mafias, or cartels
Participation in server-wide public events
Residents cannot:
Apply for departments (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS)
Apply for staff positions
Own or lead a business
Own or lead a gang, mafia, or cartel
No application is required to play as a Resident.
Whitelist Access
Whitelist access expands what you can do in the county and is intended for players who demonstrate consistency, maturity, and respect for realistic roleplay.
Whitelist access includes:
Access to a wider range of vehicles, including higher-end and exotic options
Ability to operate certain boats, aircraft, and helicopters
Access to more advanced weaponry
Eligibility to apply for:
Law Enforcement
Fire / EMS
Staff positions
Ability to own and lead:
Businesses
Gangs, mafias, and cartels
Access to whitelist-only events and scenarios
Beta Phase & Eligibility
Low County is currently operating in a beta phase. During this time, we are intentionally keeping the community small while establishing long-term culture and leadership.
To apply for whitelist access, residents must:
Be 18+
Accumulate at least 8 hours of active playtime
Remain in good standing:
Fewer than 3 warnings
No kicks
No bans
Whitelist applications are reviewed manually and approved based on overall fit.
